Our shipping policy is still the ridiculously simple, friendly concept that every domestic order costs $6 to ship, flat rate. We don't care where you live in the US, or how many shirts you're ordering. Some websites' shipping costs are complicated and often hidden until the end of the checkout procedure, when they're sure you've taken so much time that you won't back out. That pisses us off, and that's why we post our shipping rate on the Welcome Page. All websites that post shipping costs the unfriendly way can kiss our asses. (See how much friendlier we are?) Shipping is by the US Postal Service, to keep costs down to YOU. Their stated delivery window is 7-10 business days, although sometimes it's faster. International customer? We of course ship internationally (we get an especially large number of orders from Sweden, for some reason) but those costs will vary by country, so please email us directly at shirts@thisgigsucks.com with your shirt order and address BEFORE making any payment through paypal. Which brings up another point: Friends, this is a business run from the road. Working crews all know what that means, but I'll elaborate for the few punters who stumble onto this site (read: non-touring people) and also all you ex-roadies who've retired to cushy House Gigs (read: sitting in front of your T-1 line computer, coffee machine, and TV in your "office" backstage, you-know-who-you-are!). We are on tour. This means we don't have internet access every day. Sometimes it just means we're on a long bus ride, or at an especially bad gig, or just having an especially hard couple of show days. We won't leave you hanging, and we promise we'll let you know when your swag shipped, but don't go crazy if you haven't heard from us in 24 or 48 hours. All our swag is printed on 6.1 oz, pre-shrunk 100% cotton, which is the heaviest weight swag made (ask your merch guy or gal if you don't believe us). We've sent ours through a million fluff-and-folds, and it holds up, so buy with confidence. Not all shirts are available in every size all the time. If you don't see your size for a particular shirt, it means we're temporarily sold out. Feel free to email us if you want to be notified when a certain size and style comes in at shirts@thisgigsucks.com. Everyone be careful out there in 2008.
